The be good or not to be

April 1, 2010

What is good? Is it okay, not bad, fine, great, amazing, excellent or what?

Are your products good? And what about your service, or the way you treat your customers?

The problem is you are not the one to tell. Your opinion does not matter. It is your customer who decides what is good and what is not so good or bad. And you know what? Your customers can be very demanding when it comes to quality, support and information.

So you better sell products or services that offer more than your customer ever expected. Make sure your customer is more than satisfied with the service you give. And build a website that blows your customer away.
