Social media is two way traffic

January 30, 2010

What is the use of a telephone call when you don’t talk back. Big chance the caller will put down the phone. Leaving you behind with nothing.

And how many times do you think people will try to get your attention on an exhibition before they move on. Looking for your competitor.

What happens with people that try to communicate with you on Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin or on one of the other Social Media channels. If you do not respond fast enough, people may give you a second or a third chance, but then they are gone.

Social Media is conversation. Conversation is two way traffic. People expect you to react. And you better be fast.
